How does delivery work?
We deliver across London using trusted couriers. Orders are delivered between 10am and 5pm, unless specified otherwise.
You’ll receive a message when your order is on the way!
If you need a specific time, let us know, Melvin will do his best to accommodate!
How does pickup work?
You are welcome to pick up your order from our kitchen in Marylebone (W1).
We’ll send you a pick-up confirmation and address once your order is ready.
How much notice do I need to give for an order?
We recommend at least 24 hours’ notice for cookie orders and 48 hours for cupcakes.
For custom bakes or large quantities, please get in touch 3-5 days in advance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Sometimes! Message us on Instagram or email us at contact@melvinsbakery.co.uk to check what’s available that day.
Do you make custom orders or event catering?
Absolutely! We love working on custom bakes for birthdays, weddings, or brand events.
No occasion is too small or large, reach out to us (here) with your ideas and we’ll create something magical and delicious!
Are your products vegan/gluten free?
We can make any cookie vegan! Simply specify this when you place your order.
Melvin is working hard to create some delicious gluten free cake options. Reach out to us (here) if you can’t wait before we officially launch our gluten free range!
How long can I keep my cookies?
We recommend you enjoy your cookies within 3 days of receipt.
That way you’ll never have to compromise on that signature chewy texture Melvin works hard to deliver!
Who is Melvin?
Melvin is our resident bearded dragon and the heart of the bakery. He loves sunshine, naps, and supervising his humans!
